Partners with business owners and federal agency stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes, and improve service delivery and technology implementation.
What you'll do
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, briefings, training materials, and communications for varied stakeholders.
- Identify risks and recommend service, product, and process improvements in collaboration with government and team members.
