About the job
Partners with government and business stakeholders to define requirements, improve service delivery, and create technical and business documentation and communications.
What you'll do
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Develop documentation, briefings, training materials, and communications for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities, manage risks and cross-team dependencies, and coordinate client expectations.
