Partners with government and business stakeholders to define requirements, improve service delivery, and produce clear process, technical, and communications documentation.
What you'll do
- Gather and analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation, briefings, training materials, and communications for stakeholders.
- Identify service improvements, technology opportunities, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
