Partners with government and business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, improve service delivery, and create process, technical, and communications materials.
What you'll do
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Develop documentation, briefings, training materials, and reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify service improvements, new technology opportunities, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
