Partners with government and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, improve service delivery, implement technologies, and produce process and technical documentation.
What you'll do
- Document and analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into process maps and technical system requirements.
- Develop documentation, briefings, training materials, and communications for varied stakeholders.
- Identify service and process improvements, coordinate cross-team work, and manage client expectations and risks.
