Provides direct IT support to USAO staff, maintaining networked systems and supporting information security, websites, and litigation and case-management services.
What you'll do
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support systems and user technology; provide customer assistance and training.
- Help ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and performance of systems, networks, and data.
- Support the Office’s intranet and internet sites and assist with litigation support and case-management services.
