Administers and supports electronic discovery systems and infrastructure, including application availability, integrations, migrations, security, performance, and user support.
What you'll do
- Maintain and monitor e-discovery applications, systems, and infrastructure, including security, backups, and performance.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, integrations, migrations, and technical architecture; document legacy systems and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Provide end-user training, technical advice, vendor coordination, and knowledge-base documentation.
