Administers and supports electronic discovery systems, infrastructure, integrations, migrations, and users for legal accounts.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, security, backups, and performance of e-discovery applications and supporting systems.
- Install, configure, and manage servers, databases, cloud technologies, and e-discovery tools; support integrations and migrations.
- Advise and train users, document legacy architectures, gather technical requirements, and coordinate with vendors and developers.
