Administers and supports electronic discovery systems and infrastructure, including application performance, security, integrations, migrations, and end-user assistance.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, configuration, performance, security, backup, and redundancy of discovery applications and supporting systems.
- Support discovery-tool implementations, integrations, migrations, architecture documentation, and technical requirements gathering.
- Provide user training, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and technical knowledge articles.
