About the job
Administers and supports electronic discovery systems, applications, and infrastructure for legal accounts, including maintenance, migration, integration, security, and user support.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, configuration, performance, security, backups, and infrastructure for e-discovery applications and systems.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, application integration and migration, and technical architecture and requirements work.
- Advise and train users, coordinate with vendors, and document systems and technical knowledge.
