About the job
Administers and supports electronic discovery systems and infrastructure, including application availability, performance, security, integrations, migrations, and end-user training.
What you'll do
- Administer and monitor systems and infrastructure; install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, applications, and system management tools.
- Support e-discovery application integrations and migrations, troubleshoot performance and product issues, and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Gather and translate business requirements, document legacy architectures, and provide technical guidance and user training.
