Administers and supports electronic discovery applications, infrastructure, integrations, migrations, and end-user training for legal accounts.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, security, backups, and performance of discovery applications and supporting systems.
- Install, configure, and manage servers, databases, cloud services, and application integrations or migrations.
- Gather and translate business needs into technical requirements, document legacy architecture, and provide user training and support.
