About the job
Administers and supports electronic discovery systems, applications, and infrastructure for legal accounts, including implementation, migration, security, performance, and end-user support.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, performance, security, backups, and configuration of discovery applications and supporting systems.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, integrations, migrations, and technical architecture; document legacy systems and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Provide end-user training, technical advice, vendor coordination, and knowledge articles.
