About the job
Administers and supports electronic discovery systems, infrastructure, integrations, and migrations for legal accounts.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, security, backups, performance, and configuration of discovery applications and supporting systems.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, system integrations and migrations, architecture documentation, and technical requirements gathering.
- Provide user training and technical support, and coordinate product issues with vendors.
