Administers and supports electronic discovery systems, applications, infrastructure, integrations, and user training for legal accounts.
What you'll do
- Maintain the availability, security, performance, backups, and configuration of e-discovery applications and supporting systems.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, integration, migration, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Gather and document technical requirements and legacy architectures, and provide user training and technical guidance.
