About the job
Supports legal matters by managing electronic discovery (ESI) collection, processing, review-platform administration, and production for litigation and government inquiries.
What you'll do
- Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil and criminal litigation, FOIA and Congressional requests, and other inquiries.
- Develop and document discovery plans; collect data from FBI systems and analyze results for data gaps.
- Administer the eDiscovery review platform, ensure production quality, coordinate results with FBI units, and provide user training and technical assistance.
