Provides customer support to the mortgage lending industry and the public by answering questions about FHA guidelines and procedures through calls and emails.
What you'll do
- Answer calls and emails about FHA guidelines and procedures.
- Use a knowledge database and search tools to find information and respond to client requests.
- Follow standard operating procedures, document contacts in a database, and stay current on FHA processes.
