About the job
Provides customer support to the mortgage lending industry and the public by answering questions about FHA guidelines and procedures.
What you'll do
- Answer calls and emails about FHA guidelines and procedures, using a knowledge database to find answers.
- Follow standard operating procedures and document customer contacts in a database.
- Stay current on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
