About the job
Provides customer support on FHA mortgage guidelines and procedures to callers and email contacts from the mortgage lending industry and the public.
What you'll do
- Answer calls and emails about FHA guidelines and procedures, using a knowledge database to address requests.
- Follow standard operating procedures and document contacts in a database.
- Keep current on FHA mortgage processes and procedures.
What they ask for

- At least two years working with FHA loans plus one additional year of customer service or contact center experience, or at least three years of loan origination with conventional and/or other government-backed loans.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications and use search tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, time management, and dependability; ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including credit check and background investigation.
Nice to have

- Bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written skills; FHA knowledge or experience.
