About the job
Manages security assessment and authorization for Department of Commerce systems, supporting ATO efforts and the full RMF lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Review systems for vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and manage organizational cybersecurity risks and risk reporting.
- Provide security guidance, configuration-management recommendations, vulnerability-scanning and patch-compliance oversight.
- Develop and review A&A documentation, security assessments, risk reports, and mitigation recommendations.
What they ask for

- At least five years of experience in an IA Analyst, ISSE, ISSO, or similar role involving ATO package development and security documentation.
- eMASS experience.
- A professional security certification such as CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, or higher.
