Provides IT expertise by analyzing complex systems, advising stakeholders, and developing procedures and documentation to support government agency systems.
What you'll do
- Assess and improve IT procedures and standards; recommend system improvements and upgrades or replacements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and IT and business experts on requirements, performance analysis, and innovation projects.
- Develop procedures, manuals, presentations, and training materials, and support the operation and maintenance of complex IT systems.
