What you'll do
- Assess and improve IT procedures and standards; coordinate with stakeholders on program goals, requirements, and performance.
- Recommend IT system improvements and define upgrade or replacement approaches.
- Support complex IT systems and develop procedures, manuals, presentations, and training materials.
