What you'll do
- Assess and improve procedures and standards; coordinate with stakeholders on IT goals, requirements, and performance.
- Develop procedures, manuals, presentations, and training materials for process and technology needs.
- Support complex IT systems and recommend upgrades, replacements, and other improvements.
