Provides technical expertise on application and systems software, analyzes complex IT systems, and develops procedures, documentation, and recommendations for government stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Assess and improve procedures and standards; coordinate with stakeholders and IT/business experts on program goals and system improvements.
- Develop procedures, manuals, presentations, and training materials for technology and process needs.
- Support complex IT system operations and maintenance, and advise on system upgrades or replacements.
