What you'll do
- Analyze complex hardware, software, and telecommunications systems and help define cross-department processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and IT and business experts on requirements, performance analysis, and improvement initiatives.
- Develop procedures, manuals, and training materials; support system operations, maintenance, upgrades, or replacement.
