What you'll do
- Assess and improve IT procedures and standards; recommend system improvements and upgrades or replacements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, IT, and business experts on program goals, requirements, performance analysis, and innovation projects.
- Develop procedures and documentation, and support the operation and maintenance of complex IT systems.
