Evaluates, designs, implements, and maintains wired and wireless network infrastructure for the NPS environment, including monitoring, security, testing, documentation, and support.
What you'll do
- Operate and manage network infrastructure; monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain wireless systems and apply security patches and software/firmware updates.
- Assess existing infrastructure, recommend improvements, and provide design guidance for network solutions and projects.
- Define and conduct infrastructure testing, maintain network documentation, and provide informal training and knowledge transfer.
