About the job
Leads training and communications for a government client’s VCF transformation, including development and delivery of training and materials for staff and external audiences.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver VCF claims-process and myVCF system training, including instructor-led and virtual sessions.
- Create guides, graphics, presentations, and other internal and external communications; coordinate approvals and focus groups.
- Manage training workstreams, schedules, team activities, and transition support with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.

- At least 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules.
- Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; must be a United States citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
