About the job
Leads the design, development, coordination, and delivery of training and communications for the VCF transformation and claims-process and system changes.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and system training, including curricula and materials for VCF staff.
- Lead the training team and coordinate workstreams, schedules, deliverables, and communications with VCF stakeholders.
- Create and route training and communication materials for approval, including guides, presentations, and public-facing content.
