About the job
Leads the design, development, and delivery of training and communications supporting a government client’s VCF transformation and claims-process rollout.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver role-based and substantive training, including curriculum and materials for in-person and virtual instruction.
- Create user guides and internal and external communications, and coordinate their review and approval.
- Lead training workstreams, schedules, and team activities in coordination with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
What they ask for

- Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; United States citizenship.
