About the job
Leads the design, development, and delivery of training and communications for a government client’s VCF transformation and claims-process systems.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver role-based, substantive, and myVCF system training; coordinate schedules and support rollout.
- Create training and communication materials for internal and external audiences, including guides, graphics, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Manage training workstreams and team schedules, coordinate with VCF stakeholders, and track materials through approval.

- Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
