About the job
Leads training and communications development and delivery for a government client’s VCF transformation, including claims-process and myVCF system training.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deliver substantive, role-based, and system training for VCF staff and other audiences.
- Create training and communications materials, including guides, graphics, presentations, and e-learning; submit materials for approval and track them through the process.
- Lead the training team and coordinate workstreams, schedules, and rollout support with VCF and transformation partners.

- Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
