About the job
Leads the design, development, and delivery of training and communications for a government client’s VCF transformation and myVCF system rollout.
What you'll do
- Develop and co-deliver role-based and substantive training, including instructor-led, in-person, and virtual sessions.
- Manage training workstreams, schedules, materials, and approvals in coordination with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
- Create training and communication materials for VCF staff and external audiences, including guides, presentations, and website content.
What they ask for

- At least 7 years’ experience managing training and communications teams and schedules.
- Experience using Adobe Captivate for training development.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance; must be a United States citizen.
