About the job
Leads training and communications for a government client’s VCF transformation, including development and delivery of training for staff and other audiences.
What you'll do
- Review training plans and design, develop, and deliver role-based, substantive, and myVCF system training.
- Create guides and communication materials, and coordinate their approval and the training schedule with VCF teams.
- Manage training workstreams and support staff through the transition to transformed claim review and operational processes.
