About the job
Leads training and communications development and delivery for a government client’s VCF transformation and claims-process rollout.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deliver role-based, substantive, and myVCF system training, including instructor-led and virtual sessions.
- Lead training workstreams and coordinate schedules, team activities, and rollout support with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team.
- Develop communications and training materials, submit them for VCF approval, and track them through the approval process.
