About the job
Leads the design, development, and delivery of training and communications supporting a government client’s claims-process and system transformation.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver role-based and substantive training, including instructor-led, in-person, virtual, and system training.
- Manage training workstreams, team schedules, deliverables, and coordination with the transformation readiness team.
- Create and route training and communications materials for approval, including guides, graphics, presentations, and handouts.
What they ask for

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience using Adobe Captivate; must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and be a United States citizen.
