About the job
Leads training and communications development and delivery for a government client’s VCF transformation and claims-process rollout.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver role-based, substantive, and myVCF system training, including instructor-led and virtual sessions.
- Lead the training team and coordinate workstreams, schedules, deliverables, and updates with the VCF Transformation Readiness Team and leadership.
- Create communications materials and graphics, and submit training and communications materials for VCF approval.
