What you'll do
- Design and implement Automated Litigation Support solutions and maintain their on-premise and AWS infrastructure.
- Perform system maintenance, including backups, updates, performance tuning, and monitoring; manage external access to ALS tools.
- Maintain system documentation and provide weekly reports on system health, performance, completed projects, and planned activities.
