About the job
Supports a federal agency’s finance operations by managing accounting transactions, reimbursements, collections, account oversight, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
What you'll do
- Process payroll/labor adjustments, federal travel, accounts payable, and reimbursable transactions.
- Track account expenditures, reconcile financial records weekly, and prepare reports and documentation.
- Provide UFMS transaction support, resolve system issues, and prepare financial correspondence and records.

- Knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems.
- Experience with commitments, obligations, and interagency reimbursement agreements.
