About the job
Leads an eDiscovery lab team and oversees electronic data processing, production compliance, quality control, and support for litigation cases.
What you'll do
- Manage lab data-processing services, including processing approaches, production checks, deficiency notices, and webhosting support.
- Supervise eDiscovery professionals, assigning work and managing schedules, requirements, progress reports, deadlines, and quality control.
- Advise attorneys and case staff on ESI specifications and phases of the EDRM workflow.

- At least eight years of eDiscovery experience, including processing, conversion, culling, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and data analysis and review.
- At least five years of management or supervisory experience.
- Thorough knowledge of litigation discovery and EDRM; working knowledge and certifications in document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio, or similar tools.
Nice to have
