About the job
Conduct financial and healthcare claims analysis, forensic investigations, and damages and ability-to-pay analyses to support government legal staff in investigations, litigation, settlements, and recoveries.
What you'll do
- Analyze financial records and healthcare claims; trace money flows, identify assets and related-party transactions, and quantify damages.
- Build financial models, reconstruct records, assess asset value and ability to pay, and report findings to attorneys and investigators.
- Support litigation through expert reports, review of defense materials, negotiations, testimony, and training.
What they ask for
- At least 5 years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, and/or health care fraud analysis.
- Resume must demonstrate understanding of rules of evidence and civil procedures, evidence admissibility, elements of violations under investigation, and applicable policies supporting criminal and civil investigations.
Nice to have
- Experience preparing expert reports and other trial preparation; CPA.
- Certified Fraud Examiner.
