About the job
Conducts financial and healthcare claims analysis, forensic investigations, and damages and ability-to-pay assessments to support government legal investigations, litigation, settlements, and recovery.
What you'll do
- Analyze financial records and healthcare claims, trace funds, identify assets and related-party transactions, and quantify damages.
- Build financial models, reconstruct records, value assets, and report findings to attorneys and investigators.
- Prepare expert reports, review defense materials, support negotiations, testify as required, and train others on data-analysis tools.
What they ask for
- At least 5 years of experience in forensic financial accounting, litigation consulting, and/or health care fraud analysis.
- Resume must demonstrate understanding of rules of evidence and civil procedures, evidence admissibility, elements of investigated violations, and applicable policies supporting criminal and civil investigations.
Nice to have
