Oversees e-billing and payment workflows, reporting, reconciliation, and staff management for the Firm’s offices.
What you'll do
- Coordinate e-billing and payment-cycle work, including payment posting, charge corrections, and reconciliation of payments to bank deposits.
- Prepare billing and operational reports, ensure timely invoice submission, and support auditors.
- Supervise e-billing and receivables staff, including training, performance feedback, delegation, and hiring decisions.
