Administers and supports electronic discovery systems and infrastructure for legal accounts, including application operations, integrations, migrations, security, and user support.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, performance, security, backups, and infrastructure for electronic discovery applications and related tools.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, integration, migration, configuration, and troubleshooting; coordinate with vendors and developers.
- Document system architecture and requirements, provide end-user training and technical advice, and contribute knowledge articles.
