About the job
Supports and administers electronic discovery systems and infrastructure for legal accounts, including application operations, migrations, integrations, troubleshooting, and user training.

- Maintain availability, security, performance, backups, and configuration of e-discovery applications and supporting systems.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, system integrations and migrations, and technical architecture and requirements work.
- Provide user training and technical support, coordinate with vendors, and document systems and solutions.
