Supports legal e-discovery systems by administering infrastructure and applications, maintaining performance and security, and assisting with integrations, migrations, and user support.
What you'll do
- Administer, monitor, install, configure, test, and maintain e-discovery applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy; troubleshoot performance and coordinate fixes with vendors and developers.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, integrations and migrations, architecture analysis, requirements gathering, and end-user training.
