About the job
Administers and supports electronic discovery systems and infrastructure for legal accounts, including application performance, security, integrations, migrations, and user support.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, configuration, performance, security, backup, and redundancy of discovery applications and supporting systems.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, integrations and migrations, and provide end-user training and technical advice.
- Analyze business and technical requirements, document legacy architectures, and coordinate with vendors on product issues.
