Administers and supports electronic discovery systems and infrastructure for legal accounts, including application availability, integrations, migrations, security, and user support.
What you'll do
- Maintain and monitor e-discovery applications, systems, infrastructure, performance, security, and backups.
- Support e-discovery tool implementation, integration, migration, architecture documentation, and technical requirements analysis.
- Advise and train end users, coordinate with vendors, and create technical knowledge articles.
