Administers and supports electronic discovery systems and infrastructure, including application operations, integrations, migrations, security, and user support for legal accounts.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, performance, security, backup, and redundancy for e-discovery applications and related systems.
- Install, configure, manage, and support operating systems, applications, databases, cloud infrastructure, and discovery integrations or migrations.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, document legacy architectures, liaise with vendors, and provide end-user training and technical guidance.
