Administers and supports electronic discovery systems and infrastructure for legal accounts, including application operations, integrations, migrations, security, and user support.
What you'll do
- Maintain availability, performance, security, and backup strategies for e-discovery applications and supporting systems.
- Install, configure, monitor, and manage operating systems, applications, databases, and cloud infrastructure; support integrations and migrations.
- Document legacy architectures, translate business needs into technical requirements, liaise with vendors, and train users.
